WordPress Blog Doesn’t Show Up Correctly on Windows IE But OK On Firefox by derekis

I have a 3 column wordpress blog. But when using IE for browsing, the columns go haywire but looks fine on Firefox and Flock. On IE, there shows a error msg,'childNodes.0.nodeVAlue'is null or not an object... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: AJAX, Javascript, PHP, Script Installation, Windows)
