Fix Flash Scrollbar by hillcountry101

I need the flash scrollbar fixed so it doesn’t jump, and scrolls the total area working correctly. This should be a simple fix if you know ActionScript. Current version on this file is ActionScript… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Flash)
