Firmware need to get private key from Card by odzstar

Hi I need a Firmware that can be implemented in a EMV smart card reader, this should be able get the private key from the credit card. (Budget: $1500-3000, Jobs: Algorithmic, C#, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Engineering)
