Put same backgrounds on 12 thumbs and 12 fullsize pictures by pgupps

I have pictures both thumb and full size of 14 peoples picture displayed on a website. I need a varigated backround the exact same for all pictures and I need some minor website tweaks (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Photoshop, Website Design)
