I am purchasing a pre-designed web template and I want the following changes to be made: 1. Change the contents to make it into my website. 2. Make a new logo. 3. Website will have about 10 to 12 pages... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Templates, Website Design)
