Implement website at new host by dotrepublic

We have had a website made in php/mysql. It is a small cms system It works fine, but we need to have it transferred and implemented at another host. So the files have to be copied over and the database connection setup correctly... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
