I need to setup proxy server(s) for my own personal use. 1. Would like two servers setup in Russia and Malaysia. I will need you to let me know what is adequate in terms of server specs and I will purchase them... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Computer Security, Linux, Script Install, Shell Script, Web Security)
