Need MOV files to be accepted in FFMPEG by b747fp

my FFMPEG does not list quot;.movquot; files as a format accepted.... i need someone to fix it so that it does accept mov files to convert them to flv. it converts almost every format BUT that one and i need it... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Linux, Video Upload, XXX)
