Skyscraper and Leaderboard needed (mmorpg) by veeeee

Im looking for someone to do a 160px times; 600px Skyscraper and a 728px times; 90px leaderboard. The topic is a Ragnarok Online Server (which is a mmorpg game). I want the banner to be related to the game and i want it to look cute and mmorpg-ish... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Animation, Banner Design, Flash, Graphic Design, Logo Design)
