I have a simple site to be built. It shoud be about 4-8 pages. Design can be optional, for I have a few templates as guidlines. I would like to have it built using NetObjects (from www.netobjects.com)... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
