Joomla multilanguage fix by JinXter

Hi guys I just finished my first multi language website in joomla 1.7 everything is finished and perfectly set, languages installed, menu and association set, but for some reason the language selection is not showing up on the website... (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Joomla, PHP)
