Mobile browser detect and re-direct script by dfymarketing

I have a website running on ASP.net and need to have a mobile browser detect script that will re-direct mobile devices to the mobile site I have built. The script needs to work for all or as many mobile devices as possible... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, ASP, PHP, Software Architecture)
