Wordpress plugin-text change based on link by kbrady34

I need a plugin that allows a user defined set of keywords to be modified based on a variable passed in the link. For example: If the link to the site was: http://mysite.com?blue then certain words throughout the site would change accordingly... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Wordpress)
