Convert Wordpress website to Joomla website by usedbooks

I have a wordpress website which I need to have converted to Joomla. This needs to be done quickly and then tested to make sure all functions work. My website is basic and only has a few pages and not a lot of content... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Joomla, Website Design, Website Testing, Wordpress)
